3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

5. When will I receive my refund?

Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

9. What happens if I received a gift and need to return it?
If your item was marked as a gift during purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

10. Who covers the shipping cost for returns?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item.
