Return Period:
You can return your item within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond 30 days.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not return items to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may apply to:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within a few days and credited to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If your refund hasn’t posted yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale or Promotional Items:
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We replace defective or damaged items only. Email us at Ericlefrancois91@gmail.com and send the item to:

Gifts:

  • If marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the returned item.
  • If not marked as a gift, refunds will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
